  • Facilitated the conversion to BaaN IV for a new acquisition (2 locations) for an engineer-to-order equipment manufacturer.
  • Mapped existing data and developed cutover scripts to move data into BaaN.
  • Developed a training program, created training materials, and delivered training to 100 employees.
  • Identified post-go-live issues and implemented solutions as well as providing go-live support for the acquired location.
  • Developed an optimization plan based on lessons learned at the acquired company that was used to improve user performance at all three locations.
- Principal Consultant 1997 to 2001
  • Led a six person team (Manufacturing Planning and Execution) within a 20-member project team implementing BaaN on-time and on-budget across eight manufacturing sites, three distribution centers, and one sales office in two countries.
  • Conducted a post-implementation ERP optimization for a Tier I automotive supplier across four manufacturing facilities, resulting in the development and delivery of tools to plant management to assist in identifying, understanding, and resolving issues on the manufacturing floor.
  • Managed the planning, development, and implementation of a product Configurator for custom hose assemblies using the BaaN Product Configurator Module that reduced processing time for custom hose assembly orders to minutes instead of days.
  • Configured a fully functional ERP system using BaanERP for use as a training, prototyping, and demonstration environment within PricewaterhouseCoopers with associated template work products and deliverables.
  • Developed and delivered an overall training program for 500 BaaN end-users across 13 sites.
  • Implemented BaaN EDI as a means of linking a major injection molding company into an e-marketplace, successfully mapping EDI messages to XML messages to link customer and client ERP systems.
  • Conducted an ERP Needs Assessment for a major Tier I automotive supplier identifying potential problem areas, general ERP issues, and implementation strategy for the next 12-24 months.
  • Led a team responsible for the development of a training program for end users of an e-marketplace consisting of modifications to on-line help, classroom and one-on-one training, quick reference guides, and contingency planning for follow-on training.
